LaunchPoint Sites provides one-time website and brand setup services. All projects include only the features listed in the selected package.
No Guarantees
LaunchPoint Sites does not guarantee income, sales, traffic, or business success. Results depend entirely on how the client operates their business after delivery.
Payment
Full payment is required before work begins. No work will start until payment and required intake information are received.
Revisions
Each package includes a limited number of revision rounds as stated. Additional revisions may be requested for an additional fee.
Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing accurate content, pricing, and business information. Delays in providing content may extend the delivery timeline.
Delivery Timeline
Typical delivery is 7–10 business days after payment and intake submission. This timeline may adjust based on revision requests or delayed client responses.
No Ongoing Maintenance
LaunchPoint Sites does not provide ongoing website maintenance, updates, or management unless agreed to separately in writing.
Refunds
Due to the custom nature of the service, refunds are not provided once work has begun.
